Zwei Künstler*innen aus Berlin werden eingeladen, ein Jahr hier zu verbringen und Ideen für die Wiederbelebung des Ortes zu entwickeln. Eine andere Gruppe versucht den Leerstand als Chance zu begreifen und ruft ein Musikfestival ins Leben. Doch wie wirksam und nachhaltig sind solche Impulse von außen?
